Booking Policy and Deposits

We take all bookings over the phone and will confirm the date, time, and deposit with you prior to your trip. You can expect to be called the day before your trip by the Captain to go over any questions you may have.

We take a $100 non refundable deposit on all trips via credit card. This reserves your spot for the trip you have selected.

Your deposit will count towards your charter and will be subtracted from your balance at the end of the trip.

All remaining payments will be collected by the Captain at the end of your trip.

We accept Cash, all major credit cards, but we do NOT accept checks.

**Please note that if you are paying by card there will be a 3% processing fee added to the balance. **

Cancelation Policy

On the day of your charter, the Captain would make the final decision to cancel due to inclement weather or mechanical trouble. We will be more than happy to refund your entire deposit or reschedule to another day in the event of a cancelation.

If a charter is canceled within 48 hours of a trip or a group does not show up for their trip, we reserve the right to charge the full amount to the card on file.

Is there a cooler on the boat? Can we bring our own?

Yes. We provide you with a cooler that is stocked with plenty of water for the day. Feel free to put any of your food and drinks in our cooler, there is plenty of room. We have a B.Y.O.B policy.

Our guests are welcome to bring their own cooler especially on our longer trips where you plan on packing a lunch for more than 3 guests.

One of the most common questions we get at the end of a trip. "What is a normal tip for a charter captain"?

Being in the service industry, we recommend comparing the tip to a restaurant visit.

A standard tip for Charter Captains is between 15%-20%.

Do we need a fishing license?

We carry a commercial charter captain license and have all of your licensing covered. There is no need to purchase any fishing license prior to your trip. In addition to the fishing licenses, we hold commercial special use permits for local wildlife refuges which allow us to enter and fish in some of the more secluded and protected areas of the bay.
